From Skeptical to Satisfied: Online Teaching as a "Conversion Experience"

Synopsis: Article which describes a number of faculty whose experience with online teaching converted their initial skepticism about online education to satisfaction with teaching online because it was a rewarding experience which met their desires for flexibility, meeting new challenges, reaching new learners, becoming better teachers, and learning new skills.
